Problem Statement

A leading e-commerce market player is a multi-brand online retailer for beauty cosmetics, accessories and wellness products for men and women. Imagine that you are the product manager at the organization and owner of an android application that facilitates browsing and purchases by the customers. Till now, the customers could make only COD purchases, making the cash handling a difficult process as the business scales. You have now decided to launch digital payment options for your customers empowering them to make payments via Netbanking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallet, and UPI. As a product manager, how would you design the entire feature? Come up with the feature design, flow, expected traffic, challenges and improvements for the same. Feel free to make any necessary assumptions, whatsoever. You can use documentation, scribbling, sketches, flow charts, or any other method for communicating your ideas.
